Wedensday was beach day!

Lunch at the beach.  

A cold drink and my iPod.

On Tuesday we went to Ocean World

The sea lion show was great! 

After the show we went to see the birds.  

Travis had a ball with the birds! 

Dominican Republic part 3

On Monday we went on the 1/2 day city tour. 

While waiting for the cable car we saw some local musicians.  

They even let Travis play a little.  

We took the cable car to the top ofMount  Isabella.  

Travis does not love heights.

Next we were able to see cigars being made.  

The oldest church in Puerto Plata.  

Onward to the rum factory.  They don't allow pictures inside but they have this little photo op set up in front.  

There is also a shop at the end of the tour to buy rum and some other suviners.  

Next we went to the old fort.  The fort was closed so we weren't abld to go inside.  

When we arrived back to room this was waiting for us on the bed. 

So nice to come back to a nice clean bed.  

We ventured out to the beach before dinner.

Sunday night rainstorm.  

Soaked through!!!

We parked our cart under a little bridge but it only gave us a short reprive.  Finally had to just go for it!  

  We took it easy today and checked everything out.  We missed the big party at the beach because of the storm.

Salt Lake City Airport Friday night.   Yes I mean night. .  

 We flew over night to JFK.

JFK reminds me of London. 

Snack time - still waiting.  

Must ......  Stay ....... Awake.......

Jet Blue reminds me of flying in the old days. 

 More space than most of the airlines now.  TV on each seat to watch.  Oh and good snacks, lots to choose from!  

We have arrived!!!
